In our company, there are 20 QA/QC totally who are being responsible for quality controlling for products being made on all lines. The QA/QC department is independent from production department. All of the inspection results would be reported to our General Manager-Mr Xu, by the QA/QC supervisor. We have special ears for taking on-line inspection and keep production inspection records everyday. The inspectors take on-the-spot inspection according to specifications during the on-line and final production. All finished products will be fully inspected.
